Sukiyaki

Sukiyaki is a Japanese hot pot dish that is usually cooked at the table in a cast iron skillet. It typically contains thinly-sliced beef, cubes of tofu, and a variety of fresh vegetables. Noodles called shirataki may also be added. Sukiyaki is served communal-style, with each diner placing ingredients from the pot into a small bowl with raw egg and eating. Yeah raw egg but it's obviously delicious!! Trust me :D
