Tendon is a rice bowl dish with tempura topping. Tendon usually uses shrimps or prawns, vegetables, fish, and squid for it’s tempura. These ingredients dipped in a batter of wheat flour and egg mixture, are then deep fried in hot vegetable oil. The tempura is on the rice in the bowl.
